About THA Consulting

THA Consulting provides services in strategic and business planning, the development of policies, feasibility/project analysis, event management, good governance, risk and compliance.

Training, project and event management services are also be provided, along with submission writing (grants, awards etc) and workshop facilitation.

The principal consultant at THA Consulting is Tracey Hull. Tracey has over 20 years experience in various sectors including events, tourism, sport and recreation, arts and culture and community and economic development.   

Tracey has worked and consulted with a variety of local and state/territory governments, universities, the not for profit and community sector, private organisations and entertainment venues. For examples of past clients see Clients.

Tracey Hull's academic qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma of Business Management, Cert IV is Training and Assessment and a Bachelor of Applied Science.

THA Consulting Approach

THA Consulting works closely with clients to identify the desired project outcomes and delivers practical and tailored solutions.  Attention is paid to ensuring the project outcomes meet the needs of the client and stakeholders.
